Please note due to the handmade nature of the items sizes and colours may vary slightly.

Please state your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not apply to clip-on earrings.

All our jewellery is handmade and undergoes careful quality control before leaving the workshop. However, faults can occur or jewellery can be damaged in the post.

Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
