🌟 Production Process & Delivery🌟
All miniatures are 3D printed in the order in which purchases are made. There is a current lead time of approximately 1-2 weeks depending on our current order volume.

Unless otherwise requested, each model is printed in Grey ABS like resin for optimal strength. Once printed your model is cleaned of supports, washed in alcohol, and then cured. The curing process itself may cause slight variations in larger pieces in how they line up, as will heat exposure, unfortunately this cannot be avoided. But then, heat exposure using near-boiling water can help slowly move things back in place. Some light cleaning, sanding, and assembly may still be required when you receive your purchase, with larger models possibly requiring some filling between joints with modelling putty.

Because of frequent shipping damages, most miniatures will be shipped unassembled to ensure that models are recieved undamaged and ready to assemble. This will also make it easier for painting.

🌟 Sizing & Scaling🌟
The stated model scale does not reflect the size of the model: A common misconception within the miniature community is if you buy a 32mm scale model, you’re getting a model that is 32mm in height. This is not case, the scale stated is for proportion use only. By using this scaling method, it keeps the models proportional to each other. A giant and a human are not meant to be the same height, so if your model seems too big or too small, it does not mean that the wrong figure was printed but may be the intention of its creator to be that much smaller or bigger than a medium sized human figure. When you get a Dragon or a wyvern at 32mm scale, you are not paying for a model that is an inch and a half tall, it is in the proportion of a 32mm model.
