Turn around time 2 – 6 weeks subject to availability of materials.

Available in ALL colours however subject to stock availability of the yarn supplier.

If the colour you have chosen is NOT available I will contact you and offer an alternative or advise on wait times for stock availability.

All large items are sent tracked 48 hrs as default 

General Returns 

Returns accepted within 14 days.

Customers must pay for return delivery if required.

No refund will be given until the item has been returned and received.

Repair Returns

In the unlikely case that the item becomes damaged due to a manufacturing issue within 14 days the customer must pay for return delivery

The item repair and postage will be carried out for free

Care Instructions 

DO NOT machine wash

Detach all removable parts (mainly the chain) hand wash in small sections if required

Keep away from fire

Overexposure to sunlight may affect colour over time
