Welcome to Simubay’s Fees and Rewards Policy, outlining the charges associated with using our platform as a vendor.
1.2 Fee Structure
Simubay charges a base fee of 10% per transaction, plus a payment processing fee determined by our payment gateway provider.
Breakdown of Fees
2.1 Transaction Fees
Base Commission: 10% of the total transaction amount.
Payment Fees as determined by our payment gateway provider: (approx between1.5% or 2.5% + a fixed 20p). You can learn more about Payment Fees in our Transparent Earnings (section 3.2)
2.2 S-Ads Fee
Currently there are no fees for sales generated via ads (This will remain as 0% for the whole 2024) This is normally 2.5% and you as a vendor can opt-in or opt-out. (You can read more in section 4.1)

3.2 Transparent Earnings
Simubay is committed to providing clear and transparent information about your earnings and associated fees.
01/2024: S-Ads are currently not tracked and fees are not calculated nor charged to vendors – Simubay will notify sellers once S-Ads will be tracked & charged for.
4.1Definition of S-Ads
S-Ads refer to external advertising efforts, including but not limited to promotions on social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
4.2 Fee Applicability
The 2.5% S-Ads Fee is applicable only to orders that directly result from users clicking on external ads and subsequently making a purchase on Simubay.
4.3 Opt-Out Option
Vendors have the option to opt out of participating in S-ads. Instructions for opting out will be available in the vendor settings.
Payment and Payouts
5.1 Payment Processing
Simubay facilitates payment processing on behalf of vendors.
5.2 Payouts
Vendors can choose their preferred payout methods, and Simubay will process payouts in accordance with the selected method (Bank Details or Stripe)
Fee Adjustments
6.1 Periodic Reviews
Simubay reserves the right to periodically review and adjust the fee structure. Vendors will be notified of any changes in advance.
6.2 Vendor Feedback
Vendors are encouraged to provide feedback on the fee structure to help improve the platform’s services.
